-Shipping

Shipping

Orders are dispatched on the same day you place and pay for your order, provided you order before our cut-off time which is  2PM Monday to Friday.

Delivery is normally an overnight for the North Island and 2 day service for the South Island., aside from rural delivery that takes 2–3 working days.

We use Post Haste couriers to make our delivery.

International Orders.

-Returns
Returns

You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

How To Return Your Item

Credits

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your credit after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a store credit for use on Allenpaper.co.nz

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

-Damaged in transit

Damaged in transit

If your item was damaged between leaving Allen Paper and arriving at your delivery address, you will receive a full refund or replacement.
You must notify us as soon as the damage is identified. Our Courier will collect the damaged parcel from your address, along with the original packaging, and once the damage has been verified your return will be processed. This process can take up to one week. Please note that for your claim to be accept you must retain the original packaging for your item(s), and the original packaging material used to deliver your order e.g. the courier satchel or delivery box.

-Cancelling or modifying an order

Cancelling or modifying an order

You will need to contact us if you wish to cancel or modify an order. We will happily cancel your order before it has been dispatched, although we are unable to cancel orders that have already been dispatched from our warehouse.

If you’re cancelling your order because you’re unhappy with the service you’ve received, or if you’ve found the item cheaper elsewhere, please tell us so that we might have the opportunity to resolve your problem and keep you as a customer.

Provided the item is unopened and in mint condition we’ll replace the item or provide a full refund. To receive your replacement or refund you must return the original item to Allen Paper. You will be provided with a no-cost return-addressed courier satchel (or similar) and process your refund or replacement within 2–3 days of receiving your item.

-How Can I Pay?
Payment

You can pay for purchases using internet banking or by credit card.

We use Paypal to process credit card transactions.

You do not need to have a Paypal account to pay using your credit card.
